Disruptive Technologies Initiative
In order to anticipate future technological needs, leaders must first envision the future. Dr. Domanico led a project to look several decades into the future and identify innovations with the potential to dramatically improve drug discovery, the treatment of human disease, and the competitiveness of any pharmaceutical company. Because of this initiative, scientists are now developing tools that promise to deliver intelligent, adaptive, and personalized treatments.

Technology Development Accelerator
Dr. Domanico established and managed a partnership of entrepreneurs, scientists, and investors dedicated to accelerating the development and commercialization of advanced technology platforms for the life sciences. Accelerators help early stage companies turn promising ideas into valuable products, and give pharmaceutical companies early access to transformational technology platforms.

Organizational Development
Dr. Domanico built international departments following the GlaxoWellcome and GlaxoSmithKline mergers. By fostering productive and entrepreneurial cultures, and mentoring scientists and business professionals, he created departments that delivered innovative technology platforms for drug discovery and development.
